So, Toby came up with her own recipes and made food her whole family could enjoy. What began as a necessity soon became a company.
Now led by her son Jonah, Toby’s creates protein-rich tofu dips and spreads and delicious dressings, using organic, Non-GMO ingredients, sourced from local, independent farmers and food producers.
