For this Zero Proof cocktail, fresh-squeezed lemon and lime juices are essential. The blend of the two adds just enough acidic balance.
Ingredients
1 oz Som Cordial Tangerine Sea Salt
3½ oz Lyre’s American Malt
¼ oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
¼ oz fresh-squeezed lime juice

Steps
Fill a shaker half-full with ice, and add all ingredients. Shake aggressively and strain liquid into a coupe glass without ice. Using tongs, hold an orange slice over flame/heat and keep turning until both sides have blackened edges (don’t burn entire slice). Slice orange slice from center to one edge to slip over coupe glass rim as garnish. Serves 1.
