Ingredients
1 pkg GoNanas Original Banana Bread Mix
1 ripe banana, peeled and smashed
½ c almond milk
1 T maple syrup
Steps
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Heat up a skillet with a bit of oil to prevent sticking. Pour about a third of the batter into the skillet and let cook until the bottom of the pancake is firm enough to flip it, approx. 3 min. Flip the pancake and cook another 2 min. Once cooked through, serve immediately, topped with maple syrup.
