This is a coffee story that will warm your cup and your heart. Kati and Tim Case have a passion for coffee and the people who grow it. This husband-and-wife team searches the world to ethically source the most sustainable beans on Earth, paying well over Fair Trade prices to the people who grow them. Founded in Ashland in 2006, Case Coffee Roasters brings these complex coffees back to Oregon and roasts them in small batches, leaving all the sweet, multifaceted flavors intact. From the farm to your cup, it’s coffee you can consume with good conscience.
“As a roasting company, we care deeply about the producers that grow our coffees, and it’s our greatest joy to connect with them at farm level,” says Kati Case.
Our Baristas are proud to serve Case Coffee at our southern Oregon stores. You’ll also find freshly roasted Case Coffee beans in our Market Coffee Departments.
