Ingredients
4 buffalo burger patties (5 oz ea)
8 butter lettuce leaves
2 oz Oregon Blue Cheese
Slaw
4 Nappa cabbage leaves
2 handfuls, arugula
leaves from 3 mint sprigs
3 to 4 green onions
1 red pepper
1 jalapeño pepper
1 lime, juiced
Steps
Finely slice & mix slaw ingredients; set aside. Sauté or grill patties approximately 4 min/side. To serve, place each burger on one butter lettuce leaf; top with slaw mix.
Crumble 1/2 oz cheese over each burger. Top with another butter lettuce leaf, allowing the burger to show.
