Enjoy Pickled Planet kraut with any Italian-American red sauce meal – spaghetti, lasagna, stuffed shells, pizza, etc. – along with a fresh, green salad. Mix our Velvet Sea Kraut — no onions in this one — into the green salad, along with extra virgin olive oil, nutritional yeast to taste, and fresh-squeezed lemon juice, and toss lightly.
