Ingredients
1 T toasted sesame oil
1 T vegetable oil12 oz broccolini
½ t ginger, minced
½ t garlic, minced
½ t sugar
¼ t crushed chiles
1 T tamari
1 T rice vinegar
pinch of salt
½ t sesame seeds
Steps
Warm oils in large skillet or wok over med-high heat until shimmering. Add broccolini, tossing repeatedly for 2 min. Add ginger and garlic, cooking 1 min more. Add remaining ingredients and cook until broccolini is barely softened (crisp-tender), approx. 2-4 min. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
