The only thing more delicious than perfectly cooked chicken wings, is perfectly cooked chicken wings made three different ways. It’s like a flight of wings, if you will. For these recipes, we chose three of our favorite locally made products to create a variety of finger-licking good wing sauces. Here are three of our favorite ways to bake, grill, or slow cook wings.

Ingredients
Nong’s Khao Man Gai Slow Cooker Sticky Wings
- 3 lb chicken party wings (jointed)
- ½ bottle Nong’s Khao Man Gai Chicken and Rice Sauce
- ¼ c honey
- ½ t each salt and pepper
- 1 T cornstarch mixed with 1 T cold water
- Sesame seeds and cilantro for garnish
Joey’s Mildish Bambino Sauce “Buffalo” Wings
- 3 lb chicken party wings (jointed)
- 1 bottle Joey’s Mildish Bambino Sauce
- ½ c butter, melted
- ½ t each salt and pepper
- 2 T white wine vinegar
Felton and Mary’s Spiced Grilled Wings
- 3 lb chicken party wings (jointed)
- ¼ c Felton and Mary’s Spice Rub
- 2 T olive oil
Steps
- For Slow Cooker wings: Whisk together Nong’s Sauce, honey and salt and pepper. Place wings in a slow cooker with sauce.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours or high heat for 1.5 hours.
- Add cornstarch mixture to wings and bring to a simmer. Transfer wings to foil lined sheet pan.
- Preheat the oven broiler and cook the wings 2-3 minutes until lightly browned. Serve immediately garnished with sesame seeds and cilantro.
- For Joey’s “Buffalo” wings: Bring all sauce ingredients in pan to a simmer. Place wings on a parchment lined sheet pan. Pour half of sauce over; bake at 350F 10 min. Baste with more sauce and finish to 165F internal, 2-3 min. more. Serve immediately.
- For Felton and Mary’s grilled wings: Toss wings with oil and spice rub. Grill on medium high, turning often, until 165F internal temp, 10 min.
