1 oz Portland Syrups Ginger Syrup
Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Ale

Fill a rocks glass half full with ice. Fill a shaker half full with ice and add the Smoky No.56, and the ginger syrup. Shake aggressively and strain over ice in rocks glass. Top with Fever-Tree ginger ale. To garnish, spear a piece of candied ginger on a toothpick, then lay ginger across one slide of the glass so that both ends of the toothpick rest on the lip of the glass with the ginger centered above the drink. Serves 1.
